Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years Commercial Banking experience, preferably 3+ years in sales.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business and increase revenue.
• Strong financial statement analysis and understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for clients independently and develop business plans to achieve financial goals.
• Work with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and stay informed on market trends.
