Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a senior commercial banking professional to develop and manage relationships with mid-market clients generating annual sales of at least $10 million. The role emphasizes leading internal partners to craft tailored solutions, evaluate financial statements, and close complex credit opportunities.

You will work across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management to drive revenue while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking experience, preferably in a sales role.
Ability to structure moderately complex financial situations and analyze financial statements.
Proven ability to build new and existing client relationships and translate into increased revenue.

Responsibilities

Prospect for clients independently and develop a business plan to achieve financial goals.
Develop and implement relationship strategies with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones.
Meet with customers regularly to understand needs and deliver tailored banking solutions.
Analyze and interpret financial information to evaluate credit requests and ensure risk standards.
Utilize CRM and call reports to manage pipeline and client activity.
