Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking experience, 3+ years in sales.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build new and existing client business and revenue.

• Prospect for clients independently using referrals and centers of influence.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with One Bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and knowledge.
• Work with product partners to tailor client relationship strategies.
• Manage client relationships to maximize bank opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Meet with customers regularly to assess needs and deliver solutions.
• Utilize CRM and call reports for activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Support credit requests and adhere to portfolio management guidelines.
• Analyze financial information to determine appropriate credit and solutions.
