• Identify and facilitate cross-selling of bank services, focusing on deposits and fee income.
• Underwrite credit requests and approve loans within policy limits or escalate as needed.
• Monitor client performance and industry risk to ensure acceptable risk levels.
• Document and report loan status and risk assessments.
• Engage in community affairs to promote the bank's image.
