Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with at least 5 years of sales.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business translating to increased revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and deepen knowledge of trends and competition.
• Work with product partners to tailor relationship strategies for each client or prospect, ensuring risk is managed.
• Meet with customers regularly to enhance trusted advisor relationships and meet business needs.
• Utilize consultative selling skills and CRM plans to enhance the client experience.
• Utilize CRM system for client activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Analyze financial information to determine credit requests to pursue.
• Monitor customer financial performance and industry trends to ensure acceptable risk.
