Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines for a remote role serving clients across Eastern and Central time zones. You will support the account team, manage renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation while maintaining data accuracy in agency systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, strong brokerage knowledge, and an active license (CISR preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business processes including submissions, coverages, pricing, and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and maintain data in agency systems.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in collecting balances.
