Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, Producer, and assigned client groups. You will ensure timely renewals, process endorsements, prepare submissions, and help bind coverage while safeguarding accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service in insurance, strong knowledge of brokerage needs, and active licensing (CISR preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and billing tasks.
• Assist with submissions, proposals, and binding coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage receivables.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and uphold company policies.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
