Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines for a remote role serving clients across the Eastern/Central time zones. You will support the account team, ensure renewals, process policy changes, and assist with submissions and binding of coverage.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, proposals, bind coverage, and issuance follow-up.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage delinquent accounts.
