Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines for remote work with Eastern/Central time zones. The role supports account teams and Producers, managing renewals, endorsements, and client submissions from a Longwood, FL location alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance customer service experience, active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills to deliver service excellence and accurate policy handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks.
• Assist in client research, submissions, coverages, and proposals; help bind coverage.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve performance.
