Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support account teams and producers. The role involves policy management, renewals, endorsements, invoicing, and client communications from a remote setting across Eastern/Central Time Zones.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in insurance customer service, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, with licensing active and CISR preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day activities and workflow of Team Support, Receptionist, and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices, and other admin tasks.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and continuously improve performance.
