The role requires 3+ years in insurance customer service, solid brokerage knowledge, and MS Office proficiency. Licensing is required with CISR preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and manager.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are timely.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business, prepare submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts to confirm proper coverages.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver service excellence and seek continuous improvements.
