Responsibilities

• Support account team and producers with admin and client service tasks.
• Track policy expirations and assist renewals accurately and on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business including submissions and proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and maintain data in systems.
