The role emphasizes policy tracking, endorsements, renewals, and client submissions with a focus on accuracy, timely communication, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing with CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and accounts staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage AR delinencies.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; monitor activity and suspense.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team; deliver service excellence.
