Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers. You will manage renewals, endorsements, submissions, and client communications while upholding high service standards and minimizing liability.

The role requires coordination with Account Managers and exposure to commercial lines processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing with CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support teams.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and billing details.
• Support new and renewal business: submissions, coverages, pricing, proposals, binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
