Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with policy standards.

You will work under supervision of a Manager/Producer, manage moderate-complexity accounts, and help maintain data accuracy across agency systems while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant/Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business: client research, submissions, proposals, bind coverage, and issuance follow-up.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
