Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team from a remote role and collaborate with Producers, AMs, and the account executives to ensure accurate and timely service.

You will manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries, help prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, and maintain data integrity across agency systems while delivering outstanding service and protecting client interests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients, ensuring renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, lost policy releases, invoices, and related tasks.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and assist with proposals and bindings.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team to ensure timely delivery.
