The role collaborates with Account Managers, Producers, and the team to maintain service excellence, manage complex tasks, and uphold company policies in a hybrid/remote work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and issuances.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, bind coverage.
• Review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status to the team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
