Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines for a remote role serving Eastern and Central time zones. You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under guidance of an Account Manager, handling renewals, endorsements, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), proficient MS Office, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and assist with renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy actions.
• Support new and renewal business submissions and client communications.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
