Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or related field preferred.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge preferred.
• Typically seven years direct lending or credit support experience focusing on business relationships.
• Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products, including C&I and CRE loans.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and grow new business through calls, referrals, and cross selling.
• Possess skills in loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Generate commercial and real estate loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Cross-sell banking products to deposit growth.
