Prosperity Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to grow and retain profitable commercial and real estate loan relationships. You will manage end-to-end credit processes, analyze financials, structure loans, and cross-sell banking products to strengthen client ties.

Qualifications

• Formally credit trained or underwriting knowledge is preferred.
• Typically, seven years of direct lending or credit experience with focus on business relationships.
• Experience with commercial banking products and services including real estate loans.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and pursue new business through calls, referrals and cross selling.
• Obtain COIs and attend networking events within the geographic area.
• Structure loans and perform credit analysis for a range of commercial and real estate lending.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth via cross selling and banking product recommendations.
