Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager to lead client strategy, renewals, and relationship management. You will direct a Client Team, negotiate with markets, and present proposals to clients. A blend of insurance expertise and leadership helps you guide complex risks.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience, a Bachelor’s or higher, and licenses/designations. It is an on-site position in Chattanooga with extensive stakeholder interaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in business insurance roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced designation (CIC/CRM/ARM/CPCU) preferred; license required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and client databases.

• Direct and manage Client Team on strategy, deliverables, and renewals.
• Lead renewal strategy meetings and prepare client presentations.
• Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and coordinate with markets.
• Provide renewal and new business support with submittals and analyses.
• Maintain client relationships across senior leadership levels.
• Oversee tasks, delegate to team members, and ensure timely completion.
