Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Business Insurance Client Manager in Lexington to lead client relationships, support renewals and new business, and coordinate with the Client Team. This role emphasizes proactive service, strategy, and a strong understanding of agency systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, holds an relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, and may have advanced designations in progress; licensure is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience in business insurance client management or a similar role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced Degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) is a plus; relevant licenses/designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support renewal and new business processes.
• Prepare and present client materials, proposals, and meeting agendas.
• Coordinate with Client Team and Producer for rate/coverage negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee tasks like endorsements, coverage changes, and contract reviews to ensure client expectations are met.
• Mentor Account Associates as needed and contribute to team performance.
