Qualifications

• 5–7 years prior experience in business insurance or client management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced Degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) is a plus.
• Property/Casualty license and annual CE requirement are expected.
• Strong carrier relationships with marketing and underwriting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Team in renewal strategy meetings and execution.
• Direct and manage Client Team on deliverables, proposals, and meetings.
• Negotiate renewals and rate quotes with markets and carriers.
• Prepare client presentations and meeting agendas.
• Coordinate resources (Loss Control, Claims, Communications) for clients.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships with senior leaders.
