Marsh McLennan Agency in Tennessee is hiring a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager. The role is hybrid with a minimum three days weekly in the Chattanooga/Nashville area.

The candidate will manage client needs, lead renewal strategy, and guide the Client Team to deliver compelling proposals, stewardship reports, and strategic client services. We seek 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced designations where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of experience in business insurance or client management.
• Advanced designation (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Team on renewal strategy and client deliverables.
• Negotiate renewals and provide market submissions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across leadership levels.
• Coordinate with specialists for resources (Loss Control, Claims, etc.).
• Prepare client presentations and lead portions of meetings.
