Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency in Texas seeks an experienced Client Services professional to manage the Client Insurance Program for large, complex accounts. You will serve as a primary liaison with producers, carriers, and account managers, guiding renewals, proposals and policy analyses.

The role requires 5+ years of Account Executive experience, Texas P&C license, and CIC/CPCU or CRM experience; strong communication, delegation, and team leadership are essential as you mentor junior staff and drive

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas P&C Agent.
• 5+ years of Account Executive experience required.
• CIC & CRM, or CPCU preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to analyze client data and prepare documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with Producers and vendors to maintain client insurance programs.
• Prepare renewal terms, Insurance Proposals, Acord binders and Certificates of Insurance.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing related to cancellations.
• Coordinate client meetings, renewals, and mid-year reviews with producers and managers.
• Mentor Account Executives and oversee delegated tasks to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend additional products/services as appropriate.
