Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager in a hybrid setup with Chattanooga, TN proximity. The role drives client strategy, renewal negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior service and results.

You will manage client deliverables, lead renewal strategy meetings, and coordinate with Producers and Client Teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes while navigating complex insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
• Advanced Degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) experience a plus.
• Advanced Designation Preferred (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU)
• Manages a book of business with guidance from Client Team.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participates in renewal strategy meetings and client presentations.
• Leads Client Team in renewal strategy and deliverables.
• Negotiates with markets and manages client communications.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
