The role combines client leadership with coordination across underwriting, marketing, and service teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

A strong background in commercial lines, relationship management, and renewals is essential. The position requires driving to the Chattanooga office at least three days per week, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business insurance client management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced Degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) is a plus.
• Advanced designations (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU) preferred.
• Strong book-of-business management and client-facing skills.
• Property casualty license and annual CE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Team on renewal strategy and client deliverables.
• Negotiate renewals, prepare proposals, and coordinate submissions.
• Manage client relationships and executive communication with stakeholders.
• Direct client presentations, agendas, and meeting follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Loss Control, Claims, and Marketing to meet client needs.
• Mentor junior team members and support high-volume periods.
