Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong sales and relationship-management abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and make sales calls.
• Manage a portfolio of $90MM+ in loans and pursue growth.
• Provide consultative banking solutions to clients.
• Ensure documentation, compliance and collection efforts.
• Present loan proposals to Loan Committee.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to achieve goals.
