Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience in leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to analyze markets and prospects to grow deposits and loans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of geographic market.

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and make sales calls.
• Maintain portfolio profitability and growth through pricing and fees.
• Create consultative banking solutions for clients.
• Lead and support the Commercial Relationship Team.
• Prepare loan requests and present to Loan Committee.
• Ensure compliance and documentation quality.
