Qualifications

• Ability to analyze markets, identify prospects, and develop consultative, value-added sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and make sales calls to clients and prospects.
• Maintain profitability and growth of products through pricing and fees.
• Serve a portfolio of clients, cultivate relationships, and provide consultative banking solutions.
• Apply sales techniques to attract, expand, and retain relationships.
• Oversee large deposit and loan portfolios and ensure risk controls.
• Prepare loan materials for the Loan Committee and maintain documentation.
