• Recommends appropriate client risk rating and manages credit quality.
• Develops and implements an effective calling program for existing customers.
• Develops and implements plans for sourcing prospects and new customer relationships.
• Manages customer relationships and introduces product specialists as needed.
• Resolves customer problems and acts as a liaison with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
