Job summary

Banc of California, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced relationship manager to lead a portfolio of private clients in Los Angeles.

You will handle complex credits and deposit relationships, negotiating with prospects and clients. The role focuses on growing revenue through new business and expanding existing relationships, providing financial advice and selling bank products, and collaborating with loan portfolio managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of twelve years of experience in sales or relationship management.
• Knowledge of banking compliance regulations (RESPA, privacy).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of private clients including complex credits and deposit relationships.
• Grow revenue through prospecting and expanding client relationships.
• Provide financial advice and sell bank products and services.
• Build relationships with referral sources and COI.
• Structure and underwrite credits with Loan Portfolio Managers.
