Job summary

Banc of California, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior relationship professional to manage a portfolio of private business clients in Beverly Hills. You will lead negotiations, grow revenues through new business and expand existing client relationships, and provide tailored banking solutions.

The role requires a deep knowledge of lending, deposit services, and cash management, along with strong relationship-building capabilities and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of twelve years in sales or relationship management.
• Strong computer terminal and PC operating skills including mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of banking regulations including lending, privacy, and RESPA.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of primarily privately held business clients, including complex credits and deposit relationships.
• Grow revenue by prospecting for new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Provide financial advice and sell appropriate bank products and services.
• Build relationships with referral sources and centers of influence.
• Underwrite credits jointly with Loan Portfolio Managers.
