Job summary

Citizens Business Bank seeks a Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and Commercial Real Estate clients, including Non-Owner Occupied loans, deposits and related banking products.

The role supports department sales, customer retention, and growth initiatives, while ensuring policy compliance. Strong communication, analytic and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Banking preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients to generate loans, deposits and related banking products.
• Assist with managing Department sales and service efforts to retain and grow relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; participate in department functions and budget discussions.
• Support management in implementing lending policies and CRA objectives.
• Proceed with other duties as assigned.
