Citizens Trust Bank seeks a Sr. Commercial Relationship Manager to drive business development in the metro area, manage a portfolio of commercial loans, and strengthen banking relationships with businesses and centers of influence.

The role emphasizes loan origination, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to meet production goals and customer needs in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive business development, marketing, and sales experience in banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
• Series 7 and 63 Licenses are a plus.
• Specialized training in business development, sales, marketing, and lending.
• Solid background in business development, industry trends, and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Targets and maintains extensive contact with individuals, businesses, and centers of influence in the metro Houston area.
• Achieves goals including funded commercial loan, portfolio growth, deposit growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Attends and represents the bank at business events and committees to expand visibility.
• Analyzes and structures new loan requests, including complex loans, for underwriting readiness.
• Maintains relationships to maximize profitability and credit quality and manages cross-sell opportunities.
