Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial clients and build strong commercial banking relationships, including loans, deposits, and other products. You will support Center sales and service initiatives to retain current relationships and grow new ones.

The role emphasizes compliance with policies, community involvement, and achieving Center earnings goals, with focus on delivering The Citizens Experience Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university program degree; or three to five years Commercial Banking experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Complies with policies and procedures; stays abreast of laws applicable to the job.
• Participate in Center functions to contribute to earnings and growth.
• Assist with Center budget to meet deposit, loan and net income goals.
• Ensure Bank policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in audit procedures.
• Support CRA policies and objectives in the Center area.
• Manage personal sales efforts to meet Center goals.
• Commit to teamwork and delivering The Citizens Experience Customer Service.
