Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and CRE clients, driving loans, deposits and other banking products. The role includes assisting the Department with sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new ones.

The candidate should possess a four-year degree or 3–5 years CRE/banking experience, with strong communication, numerical and analytical abilities to support policy adherence and department objectives.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university program degree; or three to five years Commercial Real Estate or Banking experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to apply common sense and solve problems with several variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients.
• Lead to commercial and/or CRE loans (Non-Owner Occupied), deposits and other banking products.
• Support department earnings and growth objectives and retention of relationships.
• Promote The Citizens Experience to external and internal customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Assist with budget management for deposits, loans, and net income.
