Job summary

Citizens Business Bank in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and Commercial Real Estate clients, leading to loans, deposits, and other banking products.

You will assist in managing the Department's sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new ones, while helping meet earnings and growth objectives. The role requires adherence to bank policies and CRE/banking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years Commercial Real Estate or Banking experience.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and financial statements.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Participate in all Department functions to contribute to earnings and growth.
• Work with the Manager to implement bank policies and procedures.
• Assist in following and implementing audit procedures.
• Adhere to CRA policies and objectives.
• Assist with management of Department sales and service to retain and grow relationships.
• Manage personal sales efforts to meet Department goals.
• Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
