Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Senior Relationship Manager - Team Lead to manage a portfolio of Commercial clients and grow relationships through loans, deposits and other banking products. The role also supports Center sales and service efforts to retain and expand relationships.

The position requires collaboration with the Center manager to meet earnings goals, ensure CRA compliance, and uphold The Citizens Experience in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years Commercial Banking experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and cross-sell banking products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients and develop relationships leading to loans, deposits and other banking products.
• Assist with Center sales and service efforts to retain and grow relationships.
• Assist in Center budget management to meet deposit, loan, and net income goals.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, CRA compliance and audit procedures.
• Lead and participate in community activities and Center functions.
• Collaborate with Center manager to achieve earnings objectives and deliver The Citizens Experience.
