Fulton Bank seeks an experienced Commercial Banking leader to grow client relationships with mid-market businesses and drive profitability. You will source opportunities, manage underwriting, and close loans while expanding cross-sell opportunities with bank partners.

The role requires deep credit and financial analysis, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in commercial banking. Hybrid work model in McLean, VA area with regional client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; specialization in business management, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 9+ years in commercial banking or credit, with portfolio leadership experience.
• Proven ability to source, develop, and manage client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, underwriting, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex portfolios.

• Navigate credit underwriting, document loans, and manage closing processes.
