Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Banker to lead relationships with large corporate clients in the Greater Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia market.

The role focuses on originating deals, structuring complex credit facilities, and delivering treasury and capital solutions. You will manage a sizable portfolio, advise senior executives on capital strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Preferred: finance, credit.
• 10+ years commercial credit or commercial banking.
• 5+ years managing a large complex portfolio of clients.
• Corporate Banking experience with client revenues of $100 million or more.
• Syndications, Capital Markets or Investment Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop relationships with large corporate clients requiring complex credit structures and treasury solutions.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex credit facilities and syndicated loans.
• Manage a large portfolio, driving profitability and cross-sell treasury and capital market products.
• Provide executive advisory on capital allocation, liquidity optimization and risk management.
• Ensure CRM discipline, compliance, and timely documentations across deals.
