Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Commercial Relationship Managers while also personally driving new business and deepening client relationships.

The role requires advanced credit, sales and relationship management expertise to deliver tailored banking solutions for commercial clients, with emphasis on C&I and commercial real estate lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15+ years in commercial banking with leadership responsibilities.
• Advanced sales, credit analysis, loan structuring and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a commercial banking team while personally generating business.
• Drive sales process, originate new relationships, and grow revenue.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, deepening relationships and hitting targets.
• Understand clients’ business and real estate objectives to tailor solutions.
• Structure credit and CRE loans, deposits, and other banking products.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management and specialty banking teams.
