Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Banking Sales Manager in Naples, FL to lead a team of Commercial Relationship Managers and drive new business.

You will also personally originate opportunities, deepen client relationships, and structure complex credit arrangements including CRE loans. The role requires advanced credit, sales, and relationship management skills to deliver integrated banking solutions across C&I and commercial real estate portfolios, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 15 years of commercial banking experience.
• Proven success in managing teams and generating business; extensive credit, CRE structuring, and portfolio management expertise.
• Advanced sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management for commercial and CRE clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a commercial banking team while personally driving new business.
• Direct and execute the sales process and strategic initiatives, sourcing new relationship opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, achieving portfolio and revenue targets.
• Serve as trusted advisor, understanding client business, real estate objectives, finances and needs.
• Structure, tailor, and deliver solutions including CRE loans, deposits, and related banking products.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking teams to deliver integrated service.
• Oversee loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, closing docs, and ongoing portfolio reviews for C&I and CRE.
• Maintain production excellence by prospecting, networking, and representing First Horizon Bank.
