You will collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking teams to structure loans, optimize pricing, underwriting, and closing processes while maintaining credit quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong client relationship and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor by understanding each client's goals and needs.
• Recommend and deliver customized credit, deposits, and other banking products with internal partners.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structure complex solutions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking teams for integrated service.
• Work with the relationship team on loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income while meeting sales and retention goals.
• Maintain a strong community presence to generate referrals and build relationships.
• Stay informed on economic and regulatory trends impacting clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies; complete training on time.
• Act as a peer mentor and culture champion within the team.
