You will deepen existing relationships and pursue new business through proactive outreach and tailored financial solutions, acting as a trusted advisor on deposits, loans, and credit products.

Collaborating with Credit, Treasury Management, Wealth and other banking specialists, you will structure complex solutions, guide loan pricing and underwriting, and ensure compliant, end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year college) required; 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate withCredit, Treasury Management, Wealth and specialty banking teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor by understanding client goals and financial situations.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structure complex banking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated client experiences.
• Work with relationship team on loan structure, pricing, underwriting and closing documentation.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income while maintaining retention.
