First Horizon Bank seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager to partner with Relationship Managers and provide daily credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management for commercial and corporate borrowers.

The role involves leading loan structuring, underwriting, origination, and servicing for the loan portfolio, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with Credit Analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to read financial reports and legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and regulators.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management of loans.
• Use loan structuring, risk identification, and risk mitigation.
• Apply the bank's risk grading methodology and credit appetite.
• Manage relationships with CRE borrowers and cross-sell products.
• Oversee due diligence and loan documentation.
• Mentor junior portfolio team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
