Responsibilities include expanding client relationships, coordinating with underwriters, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and the bank's lending policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in commercial banking or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a client portfolio for commercial banking clients.
• Analyze credit strengths and weaknesses to support loan decisions and pricing.
• Structure loans with terms, covenants, collateral and guarantees to protect the bank.
• Collaborate with management and underwriters to prepare underwriting materials.
