Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Lexington, KY seeks an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to identify, solicit, develop, and manage long-term profitable relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. You will offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services and coordinate with Industry & Advisory teams to deliver a tailored client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
• 8+ years of experience in establishing and growing commercial relationships.
• Strong command of credit and finance and risk awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Truist processes to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Manage and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Prospect to grow new commercial banking households and referrals.
• Support credit decisioning with financial statement analysis and underwriting input.
• Maintain CRM data and meet risk, policy and quality expectations.
