Truist is seeking a seasoned commercial banker to identify, solicit, develop, and manage long-term profitable relationships with mid- to large-market clients. You will provide a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services, leveraging industry teams to optimize client experience and referrals through IRM.

The role requires deep credit and finance knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience growing a commercial banking portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• More than eight years of successful experience building and growing commercial client relationships.
• Strong command of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage the Truist Sales Process and Industry & Advisory teams to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Manage and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Execute prospecting activities to grow new commercial banking households.
• Contribute to the credit decisioning process, including financial analysis and underwriting requirements.
• Drive portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue.
• Proactively contact clients to deepen relationships using IRM principles.
• Identify client financial needs and coordinate Truist solutions with partners.
• Maintain and update sales activity, pipeline, and CRM information.
• Ensure compliance with risk, operational, policy and quality expectations.
