Truist Financial Corporation in Atlanta seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to identify, solicit, develop and manage long-term profitable relationships for clients with $5MM–$75MM in annual sales. You will offer loans, deposits and fee-based services, coordinating with Industry & Advisory teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires eight-plus years of banking experience, strong credit and finance knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• More than eight (8) years of experience with proven results in establishing new business relationships and retaining/growing existing business relationships.
• Strong command of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain and grow long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales.
• Offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services to existing and prospective commercial clients.
• Leverage the Industry & Advisory teams to create the optimal client experience and refer business through Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Manage and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients and support risk and credit processes.
